Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for you digital athlete book only if the book has not been physically printed or shared (social media).
  • Refunds are applicable within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Non-eligible Items

  • Due to the nature of digital products, once the digital athlete book was printed or shared it is no longer eligible for refund.

Refund Process

  • To request a return and refund for an eligible digital athlete book, reply to the order confirmation mail within the specified timeframe. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or transaction details, to initiate the return process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.


  • Certain products or promotional items may be exempt from the return policy. Such exemptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the purchase process.

Technical Issues

  • If you encounter any technical issues with an athlete book, please contact our customer support team. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue or provide an alternative solution.

Fraudulent Activity

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected. This includes but is not limited to multiple returns from the same customer or suspicious purchase patterns.

Please note that by making a purchase of a digital download from Trainingsparkle, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this return policy.
